RE:Earnings PRi think they will keep the distribution as it is based on my convos with the cfo/vp given positive leasing activity. they can run a sib to bring up the unit price with proceeds from the 3650 victoria park asset sale. leasing activity has been good/positive so i don't expect any negative surprises on that front. the toughest properties in alberta/new brunswick have been re-leased on 5+ year terms.
