PAIN TRAIN

I dont know man, hard to believe you can lose your shirt like this owning real estate.  Gotta stick with the big boys- HR, DREAM OFFICE, RIOCAN, SMARTCENTERS.  You know they're going to  be around forever and have  balance sheet to handle anything.

TNT is toxic.  Hoping DDs NCIB and friendly shareholder iniatives can pay off for a bounce....so I can get out!!!!!!!!!!

smartcentres look more risky to me. 100% payout this quarter. everyone thinks it is safer but they may be in a surprise. TNT seems much safer to me especially after the distribution cut.

Yeah but its not just a queston of dividend being safe....balance sheet, development pipeline, SCALE, and type of assets- residential/walmart.  TNT losing 3% a day for a month is pretty brutal

i think the leadership risk due to changing management is having an impact on this REIT. uncertainty in leadership is a huge factor for a company and it`s something that investors rather not deal with so there`s massive bleeding right now until we get some news on a new CEO. It`s probably over blown and tTNT will probably find someone competent to manage the trust. it adds for a good buying ...more
