Drip

I am on drip through my brokerage and happy getting bunch of cheap shares every month.
This stock was trading at 6 less than 8 months ago, nothing changed other than the dividend cut.
Hopefully the dividend could get reinstated back to its pre-level once the interest rate goes down next year. Getting like 10k instead of 20k lol
If the management could somehow get the payout ratio down to less than 50% and reinstate the dividend back by next year, everyone would be happy LOL

It all depends if Long rates go down if   The FED controls interest rates which are Short Term. The Fed could cut rates and the LT rates could still go up.  Who wants to buy LT bonds at  < 5%.
