Why give these wall street crooks your money, buying more. So long as this is public hes going to lose his shirt. He lost 70% of investment from March alone. He better plan to sell the reit or take it private if he wants his cash back

given he is the ceo, taking it private and then selling it out to personally profit would a breach of fidicuary duty. not sure the legality of that given. we all know this reit could be sold piece by piece like artis for significantly higher unit price appreciation in short order.
