Think about it

We all found it odd When DD bought 1m shares at 3.30 avg then was not even nibbling at 2.20ish.  Now he's back and adding aggressively it would seem.. is their a definitive margin of safety now or is he going to the max to make privatization easier to accept

DD probably has teh capacity to take TNT private if its in his best interest and the deal is cheap enough

Good info! Just a note for those who don't know. Northview REITs ( older REITs ) bought out truenorth apartment REITs.   ( Then became Northview high yield fund)  That high yield fund has now become Northview residential reit. ( Just finished recapitalization event and change the reits name ) NRR.un.  3 Rd largest residential read in Canada.   Good buy now. 2 ...more

True North Apartment REIT (TN.UN) which then turned into Northview Apartment REIT (NVU.UN) netted me 7-figuures in profits. TNT.UN did not. That is all.

With this logic no matter what action he takes you will not be pleased. He sells shares; ohh  he's getting out of dodge. He buys shares? Well  hes taking over the company and hes going to swindle all the other shareholders. Honestly; think over the logic a bit, its nothing but bullish.
