Notice that it's ARX bag holders wishing they were TOU investors. Quite evident there's a lot of TOU envy from ARX. And rightfully so. We appreciate all the envy you can display. 

ARX should be happy with their 3% gain y/o/y and their two dividend cuts in the last 12 months. Talk about holding the bag hahahahaha tooo easy like shooting fish in a barrel. 

Charts don't lie and the marketplace is always right.

Straight up bagcheese, where do you see TOU going from here?  What's your price target?  or holding it solely for dividends? Be honest, sell me on TOU... tell me that it's not maxed out here at $44.. and there is some (any/how much?) upside left from here. ~TGC
