our OSC is a bunch of pussies, if they are saying it's a fraud, it must be pretty bad. 

anyway, how much time has the company had to refute the allegations, and nothing. 

you had lots of time to get out at 4, 5, 6 bucks, and now you're taking the ultimate haircut, and it's your own fault for being stubborn and refusing to see the "forest' for the "trees"
