Richard Chandler got duped just like the rest of us.

 

He is not going to pay 1 billion dollars for this complete and utter disaster!

 

As far as i'm concerned, either management is incompetant or a MAJOR FRAUD is going on between Sino Forest and Greenheart group.

 

We got duped.
