So the bondholders own the company now, and common shareholders are screwed! 

 

I am looking forward to the hearing tomorrow, my feeling is that Sino-Forest will plead no-contest and be found guild of fraud.

 

Lost 7K on this POS, which is chump change to me, but it still ticks me off that they pulled this scam off.

 

I doubt any one the execs will see the inside of a prison cell any time soon.

 

This is how corporate fraud works in Canada people!
