This project is also almost finished and will be a tremendous cash cow once complete... even moreso since I doubt any others will have the stomach to even propose another pipeline, let alone get one

They've definitely fumbled the ball
No cost control. However, once completed, it should be a excellent tollbooth for TRP. I'll be buying on bad news events, when others are running scared.
