  I'd say it's pretty clear Rio has a deal in hand with the Mongolians to finalize stability, power supply, financing, and commence undercutting at Hugo North.  Needs ratification in Mongolia though, which will not be a problem. As for ETG, the net give-away of 34% of TRQ's OT assets at a zero price may not be translatable to ETG because of the wording of the Earn-in on
