Good points.  Thanks.  I suppose it will all come down to the duration of the quasi-lockdowns and appetite for CDNs to travel.  Historically , Canada ranks third behind Germany and Australia in terms of spending on air travel per capita.  There certainly has been a historical appetite for consumers to travel, especially with number of immigrants and cold winters.  Unknown how quickly demand returns and how much capacity is pulled from the market over next 12 months.  No easy answers .

(a) if any Key Regulatory Approval that has not been made, given or obtained at the time of the Reverse Termination Fee Event could not have been made, given or obtained [redacted: certain specified condition], $20,000,000; and
(b) in all other circumstances, $40,000,000.
