Historically , Canada ranks third behind Germany and Australia in terms of spending on air travel per capita. There certainly has been a historical appetite for consumers to travel, especially with number of immigrants and cold winters. Unknown how quickly demand returns and how much capacity is pulled from the market over next 12 months. No easy answers .

(b) in all other circumstances, $40,000,000.
