RE: end game @ 80cents Hey Dusty.
I get where you're coming from, however you are not taking into account our Animal health business that is cash flow positive, once you take away R & D and the VMC plant. Only Bioniche could be trading where we are now, with our assets.
If lightening burnt the VMC to the ground our market cap would double overight. If after that Urocidin got commandeered by RCP and we were stuck with only Animal, we would probably head north of a dollar. Perhaps not with Graeme at the helm, but with a new CEO we'd be well over a buck.
I have alway thought a buyout would come at some point, but I thought it would be Endo doing the buying. This company is ripe for the pickings for sure. Angry and disappointed shareholder base, lots of assets and no cash and Big pharmas are starving right now for exactly that. Valeant for one,has almost no R & D. They grow their business exclusively via aquisition. A lot a bigs do that because they know exactly what they are getting. In our case a ton of potential, with a 5 cent business plan. Pefect takeout target! (not at .80 though)
One more thing. You say someone is keeping the price down to allow new blood in cheap. They have had all the time in the world to accumulate and not many have. That is the Graeme factor. Nobody trusts that an AH sale would result in anything other than Graeme running around unchecked for another year. Once there is clarity (one time dividend or new BOD) the market will get very interested in Bioniche. For now, they couldn't care less.
