I don't know how many shares you "think" have been bought in the 40 cent range but less than you think I'd wager. I'd say 10 - 15 mil in the last 7-8 months. Of that 10 - 15 mil shares traded I would bet longs picked up a lot of those in an effort to average down. I think you are kidding yourself if you think the majority of share holders would vote for a $0.80 buyout. Nice try though.
