Superstar...I expect Bioniche to announce, by this time next Friday, that they were unable to come to agreeable deal terms and formally end the AH sale process.
Like the Uro trial failure, Endo partnership dissolution, pair of pay day loans and absurd dissolution that they tried to package as wins by the company, this further complete failure will be sold to shareholders in the same manner and with the same abundant explanation.
The company will again be in its natural state of panic and near death and will then publicly announce that they are transferring all rights for Urocidin to Endo for another 8-10 month reprieve before the inevitable dissolution and parting out of the company sometime in the Fall of 2014.
Of course this is just an opinion, and I recommend that you buy what you can at these levels.
