Anyway Mr. Gubitz can be not that smart dumping half a million shares in short order after becoming
insider and intimately familiar with the internal matters.....
Still it's kind of disheartening to think that we gonna be lucky being able to "sell" VMC (cost to us $60M) for NOTHING, preying that at least it will take part of our Debt with itself.....
What a sad story.
