RE:RE:News / FinancingBail, I am almost certain the US investors signed the non-disclosure agreement and received access to non-public information, since the company had offered that to substantial prospective investors. I highly doubt they invested US$28m on a "hope". I'm a riverboat gambler of an investor, but even I wouldn't do that. Unless they have a gambling addiction.
