News / Financing

I didn't have a good feeling about the Financing when it first occurred, regardless of some here thinking it was all positive to have these people involved. And of course it is a Positive if the answer today is YES.....

There is one other scenario though - TST Management knew there would be an RTF because of some oversight on the Filing that they realized after the fact. This would have made them desperate to have more money in the Kitty, for another prolonged wait.

I sure hope not - but that is one of the scenarios I thought of when the Financing was announced in that amount.

Bail, I am almost certain the US investors signed the non-disclosure agreement and received access to non-public information, since the company had offered that to substantial prospective investors.  I highly doubt they invested US$28m on a "hope".  I'm a riverboat gambler of an investor, but even I wouldn't do that.  Unless they have a gambling addiction.

...an RTF relates to incomplete submissions not approvable submissions...CCI knows with 100% certainty IMO what constitutes a complete submission (i even possess documents that lay out the submission sections, data requirements etc), even without seeing the submission i suspect CCI got the answers they required re. level of submission completion...and they are too good and expert to gambel on such ...more
