People dont to hear this, but I have thought for some time that if you are going to enter the ring with the FDA, you need a heavyweight US partner or the heaviest you can find. Someone with cache and a brand name representing MCNA. You had a near microcap with an extremely novel therapy sitting across from a 20 person panel overly fixated on the highly toxic, 40 year old standard of care. They seemed outgunned from the second their morning presentation ended. If they still have interested partners it might make sense to collaborate and allow them to approach this differently. While I am discouraged, I am also confident that they knew this result was a possibility (maybe even a probability) there is a Plan B and they are prepared to execute it.
