Semantics -- So important yet so ambiguous - What I think this means is ...their current global partner whose agreement excludes the USA. ???
But it reads Their X US Partner Ipsen. Could sound as thought they were just dropped. That alone would be a huge reason to dump.

Said it many times....COMMUNICATIONS are evrything - They have never considered campaigning or communications as a priority or even remotely important.
