“We will discuss appropriate next steps internally and with our development partners, including our ex-US global partner Ipsen and communicate this strategy to our shareholders in the weeks to come.” Semantics -- So important yet so ambiguous -  What I think this means is ...their current global partner whose agreement excludes the USA. ???  But it reads Their X US Partner ...more

If I werent so busy wasting me time here I could write for them GMB. As long as you are moderately literate and can punch a keyboard for minimally required disclosure, with out alluding to more than a death row inmate's faint hope for clemency, you could too!  by the way If anyone is unsure that they mean excluding the US they should stick to War bonds.
