IMO the FDA has shut the door for MCNA...it will take 4-5 years to get back to the approval plate
the FDA recognizes that TST failed to prove efficacy and safety of MCNA, that is what the FDA recognized no more and no less, and told them as per SoP it needs a confirmatory PIII trial...

..ps i suspect and i hope TST leadership got advice telling them they were most likely to get a CRL, if not shame on them and if so i wonder why they disregarded this advice
and again i suggest this AdCom was a significant leadership failure for TST, a better AdCom may have resulted in approval of some sort...
