CEO and COO should be replaced by end of Feb

..they were IMO hired and paid very excessively for 1 specific objective get MCNA approved by the FDA.

...they failed miserably and i do mean miserably

..they are not competent to lead TST forward (AND WHAT IS WITH THAT GOOFY REFERENCE ABOUT OTHER CASH STRAPPED BABY BIOS)

...now 1 good thing about yankee ownership unlike pathetic cdn ownership they will hold them to account and fire them...

..i expect an NR soon "we are transitioning leadership of TST"

...lastly it was stunning leadership failure that neither the CEO nor COO represented TST at Adcom and IMO was a great contributor to the negative vote and eventually CRL..

..i hope the CEO and COO aren't just piggies at the trough looking for another payday and resign..they own this fiasco

I really disagree here. Our weakness always was the small trial size. One year ago management decided to go with that data and FDA did give go ahead for that. The other choice would have been to commence another trial. We were not in that position. So we bet and lost. It had nothing to do with who was there at ADCOM... they would have only been grilled about the trial size and how would their ...more

retired and i really disagree with you...leadership chose to go for approval knowing the trial issues..leadership could have chosen to proactively do a confirmatory PIII (that the FDA has now publicly mandated) they rolled the dice and lost completely (cue up the CRL)...now the failed leadership team throws out some goofy comment about what investing in other baby biotechs.. ..no them being ...more

Hurt, I don't disagree with you in principle, but have you noticed that since Consonace Capital came aboard there are now "investors" who need to be consulted with? They aren't referring to me, you or the dudes who bought yesterday. They mean the guys who bought the 100 + mil shares in August at 400% percent higher than yesterday's close . They now call the shots and ...more

dam, imo the Yanks will be the ones appropriately pushing to replace the failed TST leadership...lets be clear again they failed their objective was approval not a CRL with a requirement for another PIII...they coulda come up with another PIII on their very own... ..yanks thankfully IMO aren't pansies like the canuck owners are and have been. ..IMO yanks will look for a sale of TST, they don ...more

A sale is very likely where we are headed. If that is in fact the case lets hope that the US "investors' can take the necessary steps to enlighten potential buyers to what MCNA's value really is. I don't know whether it would be best to leave management as is to hammer out another trial protocol with the FDA and then sell (if the had a stake I'd lean more this way), or sell ...more

As a very experienced investor in a wide variety of stocks, it has always benefitted me to carefully examine "events" to look for the silver lining. Retrubitional firings for "accountability" generally do not yield anything except to satisfy a vengeance mentality. Most major shakeups lead to more problems before they fix them and many times never fix the problems. The current ...more

retired demonstrating full on Canadian bagholder mentality with this statement "Retrubitional firings for "accountability" generally do not yield anything except to satisfy a vengeance mentality.".. replacing them as they failed is not retribution, what a bagholder thing to say.. IMO the FDA has shut the door for MCNA...it will take 4-5 years to get back to the approval plate ...more

The company isn't going to wait 4-5 years bud.    They are going to sell out to ENDO so they can push it thru.     Obviously

I tend to agree. However, no new warrants or options  should be permitted below the pre AdCom price of .40 and the last shareholder exercise price as a show of  good faith towards shareholders.
