is there a mechanism in place to force a SH meeting? if there is I'm all for it, I'll take the day's drive to attend. I've grown weary of the canned NR's of late, and lack of communication from management.
if management persues another company, does that force a vote? IMO, they cannot manage what they have here and now, and adding another drug or comapny will only make things worse. cash is limited, and the burn rate significant.
