There could be nothing left to buy but MCNA and the plant , oh yeah the 147 month lease @ 10000 month for the new offices. JMHO
Subsequent to quarter-end, the Company entered into a lease agreement for head office premises located in Ville SaintLaurent, Qubec. The lease term extends for a duration of 147 months starting the later of March 1, 2016 and the date of substantial completion of the landlord’s work. The Company expects to pay an average of $10 thousand per month over the term of the lease. The lease includes two five-year options to extend the lease term.
