Thanks for the link! Has anyone taken a close look at the financials? They don't look that attractive IMO. The last bullet point of the Implications on the first page suggest PLI has only 12 months worth of cash left... negative EPS last year and expected to remain red for the next couple... tens of millions of losses annually and more expected. The report says it's a favourable deal to PLI, which it is, but not for TST shareholders. This has all the signs of a sinking ship.
