This stock has also a huge buyout potential considering it is so undervalued, only problem is that insiders own so many shares they won’t accept anything under 8$US a share. Look at the financials over the week end, will easily go to 6$ from here.

ink shows only $294k bought by insiders this year which is about 100,000 shares. there are 77 million shares issued ,where do you find what the insiders own? it has to be close to 50% if they are holding out for $8.00. I have not been able to find any outside company making an offer to buy NHC.
