They are doing exactly what they said.  They started a dividend and have paid 2 and declared a third.  They will pay down debt until it reaches a certain level and then start using more of their FCF for buybacks and special dividends.  My guess is this will happen by th end of Q2 but I'm not modelling their finances.  Have a bit of patience and just smile while the stock

When I crunch the numbers I think the stock price has a very long upside. As far as dividends and buybacks the company has published their formula - debt payments to  shareholder payments ratios. If they do not follow through, which is unlikley, they would be exposed to class action legal stuff. I would prefer they just pay us which I trully expect will happen - and in spades.

i like everyone am interested in divs and stock price.The company has been very clear on the plan at this point.The base div will not be changed .In fact they will be able to pay it even if oil drops to 40.Every three months they will look at the numbers and deceide weather to buy back stock or issue a special div.That decesion is all based on math.If our stock is undervalued they buy back stock

Based on debt repayment...less than $300 million is the key....
