In addition to the pending asset sale to Point Bar 238 wells 21 pipelines and 56 facilities tve has a pending sale with Mancal energy 797 wells 197 pipe 156 facilities.Without these sales we are 80 % clearwater and charlie lake.With these sales we will be close to if not 100% these two.Clearly some of the proceeds will be used to purchase the cnrl assets which have to be clearwater allowing us not to add more debt.

Just looked at recent presentation.Before these sales we were 90% clearwater and charlie lake not 80%.Hard to keep up.So these two sales would represent about 6000 bpd.and would incude a lot of aro.

I am impressed with the volume of insider purchases. Not just Brian but almost everyone. They clearly believe in what they have and what they are doing. The purchases are largely 'acquistions in the public marketplace' not options. Looks good.
