Have heard that the number now stands at around $13M for legal expense, including paying Clublink's costs. In a town of just 65k households that is roughly $200 per household (so far) pissed away ...more

I just checked Morningstar, They have Burgundy down to aprox 740,000 at the end of August. They have sold about 60k if the source is correct. Together, the listed holders sum up to 21 million, leaving ...more

They can buy back up to 1.2M shares out of the 25.4M outstanding. This also represents 21% of the remaining float that Rai Sahi doesn't own. He is at 76% now and would be at 80% if they max it out ...more

The meeting was archived and I had a chance to listen. Ther resolution was regarding publishing a notice for a meeting. The meeting will be heard on Oct 20.
