75,000 shares sold since last top (anonymous); profit taking or TWC management's sickness... ?

Graphically a possible cup & handle would bring the market value at +/- 14$

Or a fake signal and back to 9$

I know ''the futur value'' is up to 40$  if, if, if... 

Anyway I still consider TWC a safer investment than most others, including banks. 

A decent dividend would be apreciated tho
