RE:RE:Apr buy 130k at 9.80

RE:RE:Apr buy 130k at 9.80Kanata has been much for effective in raising funds for legal work.
I think it points to how few property owners have a direct effect from the Glen Abbey proposal.
It is around 50. The home owner that runs the save GA Twitter feed backs on to the course.
I think it remains an uphill battle for them. They have a weak argument that the course has significant if any, historical value.
Nicklaus is still alive and is up in Canada building courses that can cope with today's professional golfers games.
If Rattlesnake was not so valuable as development land, it would have been the permanent home of the Canadian Open, and Golf Canada. Not sure Nicklaus is the designer they would use.
The Glen Abbey lands are perfect for upgraded zoning that the province mandates.
I have said this before, another year equals more value in the end.
