Highland gate value starting to show.

The red dots are sold. The ask prices per home right now are high 1.9 million to low 2 million.
Contribution last year was aprox a couple hundred per for TWC. We are now 60% holders.
Lets round it up to a 250k per dot. Now a material number. The revenue will not likely show till units close.
