"TWC Enterprises Limited (TSX:TWC) (“TWC”) announces that it has withdrawn the appeals filed with the Ontario Land Tribunal by its subsidiaries (ClubLink Corporation ULC and ClubLink Holdings Ltd) in relation to the potential redevelopment of Glen Abbey Golf Club."
The company has not said it is committed to never developing GA. Only that it has withdrawn its appeals. What do the appeals say?
This is almost a dark stock. Run like a private company. The usual deal is for a controlling shareholder to suppress information and do a creeping tender. Maybe opportunistically bid to go private after a flurry of perceived bad news. The assets have immense land value, that much is obvious.
