The files for the Region's meeting this month are available on their web site.
The maps confirm that the get it done act 2024 will reinstate Rattlesnake into the Milton urban boundary and a portion on Highway 25 will be employment lands.
Employment lands will be a very valuable buffer to the housing. 
Again, this is a significant chunk of the sum of the parts valuation for TWC. Hundreds of acres in an area where acres are millions per.
With the Greenbelt roll backs, supply will be more difficult to find enhancing values.
I read a press story today that Milton is getting a payment from the Minister for exceeding the housing start targets.
Milton is the fastest growing entity in the province.
