Q3 net income per share was minus 13 cents, year end project t could be minus 0.18 cent. Works out to be a $70 million dollar loss. Not likely to increase share price.

I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss that sale as the reason. Or something connected to the sale. Keep in mind, it wasn't just R. Colcleugh who was fired, but the CFO also, Newmarch.

Possible but pretty unlikely; a 4% discount to market is normal with a bloc sale; Rob Colcleugh was an investment banker, he knew what he was doing and still got about a $1 more in ALA share price

Birch Hill is the Largest Shareholder, but...
Birch Hill is the largest shareholder in TWM with just under 25% of shares, but does not appear to own any Renewables shares so their ownership of the combined entity is probably only 20%.

How to lose friends and negatively influence people
Announce big personnel changes and then turtle. I believe Birch Hill is a reputable group, little that I know of them, but they seem determined to shoot themselves in the foot with this turtle
