NGC deal
I see there is some discussion going on elsewhere that they may drag out on the negotiations until they have the upcoming well results at hand first.
I asked the company that question some weeks ago, and was told that is not needed as the deal is covering the entire block and a future well success or not is not going to change anything on the deal terms anyway.
So, no delays because of the upcoming drilling activity at least, rest assured.

I tend to agree with you, having also read that elsewhere. Without definitive proven resources, how would a finite contract be written? PB mentioned NGC deal before the end of summer, and with his frame of reference being Calgary, I'd be willing to bet end of summer is prior to 1 SEP (Calgary kids go back to school that day). IMO
