On cue there's rovan to the rescue.  Desperately defending poor decision making and lack of follow through.

So rovan, it's a bad time to split coex metals when prices are low, so why didn't they split when prices were at the peak?  Oh wait, Roger wanted to define the resourse, right?  Oh wait, but then he said he was in the 11th hour about to split prior to drilling it.

So what is it?  Or are we still talking out of both sides of our mouth?

Here's some advice to any decision maker..................if you're paid to make decisions, make decisions with conviction.  Sitting back and waiting for the 'perfect time' rarely comes and highlights an indecisive nature.  Real leaders lead when others are too scared.
