RE:UEX Announces $700,000 Non-Brokered Private PlacementNo wonder why the stock is bog down because of another cheap financing, they are playing cute with the English language, this will be more than 700,0000 more like The Company is reserving the right to increase the Private Placement to issue up to 6,250,000 units at $0.16 per unit to raise a total of up to $1.0 million.
Another punch in the gut while the stock is on its way up,that cheap PP last year at 12 cents in the fall was not sufficient enough.
When this is closed in May I gurantee they will exercise those rights and issue 6,250.00 units at $0.16 cents.
