Message for UEXBack in June Roger mentioned that the COEX spinout would happen sooner rather than later and he was well aware just how frustrated the sharholders were however first needed to close the JCU deal. With the four year anniversary just 4 weeks away from when Roger announced his intention of spinning out COEX will this happen before after the 4 year anniversary or after? I've been reading a lot of positive stuff about UEX on twitter with one notable exception. The voices on Twitter think our CEO is weak and UEX is not a kind to it's shareholders. Roger please spinout out COEX immediately you've had enough time....Play the cards you have not the ones you would like to be holding...Reward shareholders rebuild your fractured credibility.
