Held down and by we all know who .53 - .56 UEX should have taken the financing offered by Denison. UEX should of went out to retail investors for the money to close the JCU deal rather than relinquishing all the shares to one investment firm, this has given them all the power to control the stock price. Why are they doing this, cheap buy-out, allowing wealthy friends to participate who knows, time will tell..... We are being held between .53 - .56 and we are all puppets until they get what they want.... I for one hold Roger and the Board accountable for this mess
