RE:RE:RE:RE:UEX NOT PERFORMING AS WELL ASAgreed UEX underperforming, Roger and current team has lost the faith of the market - they can turn around maybe, but for now its a risky bet. 

Bigger headwind I see is the fall off on restricted shares from PP issued at $.29 shortly. This is a lot of pent up potential volume.

I am hopeful that UEX is valued cheap enough that those new holders will keep there shares, I mean they had to sit through and watch the $0.29 shares climb to $0.60 and be unable to sell any (which is a good illustration of why PP shares need a discount to market price). It is a risk though, some may just dump above the offer price and keep the warrants.
