RE:RE:RE:How is UEC offer a match of densions offer???It is not a cash offer.  The price stated is in relation to the companies share price on the day of the offer.  DML's offer is .32 shares for 1 UEX, UEC's is .09 shares for one UEX, that is how you have to look at it, not the $ value.  The actual dollar value changes by the minute as share prices change.  There is also the CAD/USD exchange rate to take into account on the UEC offer.  Hopefully DML up's thier offer.  Denison also has to bid against the cancelation fee owed to UEC (9mill).
