Accumulate 20%, piss on the current management as he upped the price through his buying out disgruntled shareholders, call a meeting without a plan, then get spanked and out maneuvered. Then sell at a small profit.
Recently a similiar situation that brings to mind was CZNs position in ZAZ. They were trying to get out which held down the price in the low 20s. Now it's 1.20ish because they got bought at @ 30 cents. This will be low until Randy gets bought out.
