You seem overly concerned about the renewal of the UMJ contract with Xstrata. If companies like Xstrata started cancelling contacts to the small operators like UMJ, it would then allow these very same companies to turn around and sell their product offshore. Once that product is gone, companies like Xstrata know very well they may not have the opportunity to ever get it back. The Xstratas of Canada need feed from the UMJ's of today and they will not take the risk of loosing it by not renewing these contracts. Canadian law requires the minerals to be handled in Canada. If Canadian companies like Xstrata start refusing to mill/refine for these small outfits, then Canadian Authorities will be well pressured to allow the UMJ's to process elsewhere and /or offshore.
Do you really believe the Canadian Government is going to let the UMJ operations shut down putting hundreds of workers out on the streets because the Xstrata's won't take their product? Xstrata knows this perfectly well and that is why I wouldn't be concerned about this issue whatsoever.
As for Trevisiol, you had better take a good look at the last few jobs he has had. He was dumped by LBE in short order, only to end up running the operations over at Crowflight. It seems he didn't last long there either before getting the boot.  When he took over Crowflight, there were approximately 400 million shares.  Today the company is sitting at over 1.5 BILLION shares.
After 6 years and millions of dollars later Miller has failed to prove up 1 single pound of economically extractable  ni from the Langmuir Projects. As a matter of fact, the team can't even figure out how to apply for a simple de watering permit in over 5 years of promises.  Read up on Millers lucrative Golden Parachute Package awarded to him by his slate of directors.  It will absolutely make you sick.  This item alone shows who these guys look out for.  ISM stock price has gone from a high of 7.60 to its present day .23 cents.   With an updated Ni 43-101 on Langmuir long overdue, it sure doesn't look like the market it buying in that ISM is going to show any added promise to the Langmuir Properties. And these are the guys you want associated with UMJ.
Give your head shake!
Best
