Some news out of Russia this morning....Kazkosmos will work with the Canadian UrtheCast CORP issue of creating radar spacecraft "KazSAR"

Astana hosted a meeting of leadership of Kazakhstan Aerospace Committee (Kazkosmos) with representatives of the Canadian company UrtheCast CORP.
The meeting presented UrtheCast CORP satellite constellation of remote sensing (RS) under the working title "Gen-3", said on Friday the press service Kazkosmos.
This remote sensing satellite constellation will be the world's first fully integrated, multi-spectral and commercial satellite constellation consisting of at least 16 satellites (8 optical and radar satellites 8), flying in two orbital planes, the report says.
Following the meeting, the parties decided to further elaborate on further cooperation in the framework of the project of Kazakhstan's radar spacecraft "KazSAR".
In addition, the decision to enter into an interagency agreement between Kazkosmos and the Canadian Space Agency
