These guys are almost two predictableThe other day when those earnings came out, I mentioned to look for a n/r supporting a contract or something similar. Sure enough today we get some good news dispite the bleek news on Wed. Same thing last year. Monday they announce a 5.72 million loss. Stock drops and then announce a contract and then a 15 million offering. Just wondering when an offering will be announced here in April. 

This is is a keeper IMO and not because I bought last week.
