2 questions for petersburgray 1) Why did you vote for the merge with RX? It understand from your comments that your opinions about brasutti are not the best and all the upside you see is on Galena, so why we needed to merge with this hole flooeded with toxic water? ....I would understand if you were a member of the board, and would prefer the merge instead of going back to collect UI, but as a plain USA shareholder, where is the benefit of the merge?
2) You used to support the AMEX listing, why is that that now you think is not a good idea anymore? ("...It doesnt make sense to pursue the NYSE listing,"..). After all, the whole point of the 5-to-1 reverse split was the AMEX listing in order to give USA more liquidity and better exposure to big funds...
