Did you get your proxy? - proxy fight

Did you get your proxy? - proxy fight

I didnt get mine yet

Yes I agree we need to stop this worthless discussion (I admit I was part of it) and start focusing on the AGM...a couple of points:

1) Maybe we should start writing some of the questions we want to be asked at the AGM for those attending, unfortunately I'm at the other side of Canada, the "tropical" side (pineapple express, anyone?)

2) Regarding starting a proxy fight, please take note that most proxy fights take the price share down for a while since new investors avoid conflicted companys,, so short term investors wont like it, those of us who are here for the long time are 100% for a proxy fight.  Also be aware:

"..."...most proxy fights are unsuccessful. However, it has been recently noted that proxy fights waged by hedge funds are successful more than 60% of the time"

First step would be to identify a hedge fund/institutional investors to be the agent and lead this proxy fight...

To be honest I dont know a lot about this issue, maybe somebody else on the board can come with better ideas....
