Dart ArtFrom fairly recent article (full link below.)  "Americas G&S is set for a solid year in FY2021 with production of up to 60,000~ GEOs at Relief Canyon, translating to an additional $100~ million in revenue, or triple-digit revenue growth. Unfortunately, the continued share dilution has capped the upside in this story and made the stock un-investable, in my opinion. This is because my conservative fair value has dropped from $3.84 to $3.40, which has capped upside, and risk remains high given management's inability to hit its targets and steady share dilution. Therefore, I see the stock as high-risk, medium-reward, and I would view any rallies to $3.40 as an opportunity to exit positions. In a market where names with near-flawless execution offer more upside and one-third of the sector is sitting at fire-sale prices, I see it as very difficult to justify investing any money here."   Americas Gold And Silver: Price Target Lowered On Continued Share Dilution (NYSEMKT:USAS) | Seeking Alpha
